About Sandy Hutchens
Sandy Hutchens was a paralegal representing landlord and tenant matters, fraud and scam issues, Small Claims Court Matters and Traffic Court in Ontario, Canada. Beginning in 1983 Sandy Hutchens acted as a paralegal and did serve in the paralegal profession with distinction, including being the first and only paralegal in Ontario to be permitted to appear before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, representing tenants in landlord and tenant dispute matters.
Sandy Hutchens was the first person to receive the P.L.L. (Paralegal Litigator) designation from the Canadian Paralegal Association. Over his career, Sandy Hutchens has conducted three thousand landlord and tenant trials, representing both tenants and landlords; and thousands more before the Small Claims Court and Traffic Court. In addition, he has represented women's shelters and their occupants in urgent family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Ontario, Canada.
Sandy Hutchens spent over a decade expanding upon his wide-ranging resume by representing numerous court divisions in Canada. Combining his diligent legal skills and motivated focus, Sandy Hutchens has garnered respect for his work as a legal specialist. Maintaining top responsibilities as President of Tenant's Rights Company Inc. located in Toronto, Canada, Sandy Hutchens successfully litigated a variety of hearings.
